BOARD VALUE PROPOSITION

Pricing & Market Access • Affordability • Health System Economics • ESG & AI Governance

I bring 30+ years of global pharma leadership and a governance‑anchored approach to oversight, risk, and long‑term value creation. My experience spans mature and emerging markets, including a decade at Novartis HQ leading Global Pricing & Market Access and earlier P&L responsibility in Venezuela managing a USD 300M portfolio and teams of over 220 associates.

I have shaped governance frameworks across 100+ countries, strengthening pricing discipline, policy alignment, affordability strategies, and system readiness. My work includes the Global Early Market Access Shaping program, the Legacy Pricing initiative across 80+ LMICs, and the Potential Affordability by Decile framework — recognized by the Access to Medicines Index and featured in the Novartis ESG Report.

I engage regulators, payers, policymakers, and global health partners to support boards navigating innovation, access, ESG expectations, and sustainable value creation. I serve as Founding President & Chair of the Medicines Affordability & Adherence Alliance and operate an independent advisory practice focused on pricing, access, affordability, AI governance, and ESG‑linked health‑system strategy.
